Greg Bennett

Having entered the marketing and advertising world in 1980, Greg has pioneered some of the most profitable campaigns of the last 35 years. He has worked with iconic brands such as Unilever, M&M/Mars, Nissan, GMC, Apple, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Land O’ Lakes, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Sprint, Master Card, Disney, CBS, Fox, Paramount, Sony Pictures, Walmart, Nissan, Toyota, Miller Beer, P&G, Geico and Virgin among many other clients.

In 1990, he founded Luna Bacardi Group, one of the most prestigious international integrated promotion marketing firms as selected by Promo Magazine. Within a decade, the agency boasted eleven offices in the United States, South/Latin America and Asia. Billings exceeded 145 million with over two hundred employees. Luna Bacardi’s unique creative process and measurable results attracted the mega advertising, media and talent agencies to retain Bennett’s services. The business was sold in 2000 to a communications holding company.

Greg founded his new passion, O! Branded Entertainment & Marketing. In 2000, the Santa Monica based business was credited for being a pioneer in the relatively new space which merged Madison Ave and Hollywood … Branded Entertainment. The agency worked within the film, television and live entertainment platforms. Greg is credited for developing a process which ensured brands and producers worked together in a mutually beneficial and seamless manner. Thus, increased green lighting project by double digits, equating to millions of dollars in new business transactions. Greg was a keynote and panel speaker at leading Branded Entertainment conferences at domestic and international forums.

After departing O! Branded Entertainment, Greg joined CBS Television Distribution in 2007 and launched the networks’ Branded Entertainment & Digital division. He was responsible for developing and producing branded content for shows which included Oprah, Dr. Phil, Rachel Ray, Entertainment Tonight, Judge Joe, Judge Judy, Inside Edition, The Insider and The Doctors. The new division generated $175 million within a three year span and became the platinum standard within the television & digital entertainment space. CBS garnered a roster of projects with an enviable list of Fortune 500 clients.

In 2010, Greg formed Iconoclast Brand Marketing & Entertainment, specializing in brands facing problematic issues requiring a quick turnaround of strategic planning and execution of ideas.

Today, it’s all about “the Genius stage” a 501(c) 3 studio foundation. The mission of the foundation Greg founded-is to seek, identify, develop and produce brilliant innovative (completed) work by PhDs and visionaries at leading academic institutions from around the world. Their work is crafted into a clearly defined narrative and showcased on a global stage to move humanity forward in collaboration with seasoned entrepreneurs.

Stephanie Ferra David

For more then two decades Stefanie Ferra has been involved within the marketing communications and entertainmmnet space. She began her career at Luna Bacardi Group as an Account Coordinator and worked her way through the ranks to become a partner in the agency. She was recognized by the board as a founding partner as a result of winning and growing business for the agency. Her ability to maintain strong client relationships and a tenacious spirit to develop and execute startegic plans was evident to clients and employees. Client work included Disney, Nissan, Land O’ Lakes, Pillsbury, Guiness, Dannon, McDonalds, Walmart, CBS, CAA, and Fox.

The O! Branded Entertainment Agency and developed/executed notable projects within the TV, music and digital space for a list of blue chip clients. The complexity and intense nature of the work was facilitated by Stephanie with measurable results that passed client and project benchmarks. During this time period, she developed a real time project management software that ensured that each aspect of the program throughout development was addressed by the client, staff and production teams. Her role at O! became that of a COO and psychologist for the temperamental artists involved in the projects.

As Managing Partner & Director of Client Services at Iconoclast, Stephanie oversees client strategic planning and execution of projects while directing the agencies numerous advisory boards, which gathers insight for clients during the planning process. The agencies project teams interact with “Stef” on a daily basis to ensure budgets , timelines and client satisfaction is running at an A+ level.

Once again she has played a key role in developing the evolution of Iconoclast as it takes on an industry paradigm change through the “Neural Narrative” platform.
